Order status and tracking

Order Confirmation If you provide a valid email address at the time you place your order you will receive two confirmations:
The first will confirm the placement of your order
The second will confirm the shipment of your order

Out of Stock Items

While Fashion Overdose makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in the shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

Tracking Your Order

If your order is shipped via USPS or UPS, an order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier.

Delivery Time

When estimating when your Fashion Overdose merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:

- Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing
- Overnight orders placed after 12 noon PST will not be processed until the following day
- Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays
- Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday
- There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carriers do not pickup or deliver

The products displayed at the site are available through Fashion Overdose in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are in U.S. dollars.

Fashion Overdose has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of Fashion Overdose merchandise that appear on the Site. However, the actual colors that your see will depend on your monitor and video card, and Fashion Overdose cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colors of Fashion Overdose merchandise will be accurate.
